Note: Any room hire must be approved by the committee in advance of the hire event.  A refundable deposit of £100 is required – no cheques accepted.  In the event of any damage to The Club or it’s fittings. Or any excessive cleaning required after the event, your deposit will not be refunded.  Applies to both members and non-members events.

For Clubs and exercise classes room hire charges by the hour – price on application.

The Bengeo Suite can accommodate about 100-120 people and is an ideal function room in the heart of Bengeo & Hertford.
